POSITION: Call Center Member Service Representative
LOCATION: On-site at the Main Office in Chicago, IL
SCHEDULE: Full Time

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Previous banking experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both English (written and verbal) and Ukrainian.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continually identify our members' needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of members.
- Respond to callers regarding all Credit Union products and services over the phone.
- Handle all account inquiries while providing the highest level of service.

POSITION: Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Processor

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Basic Excel skills and experience with databases.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- A background in real estate and/or consumer lending.
- Excellent communication skills in both English (written and verbal) and Ukrainian.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist the Member Business Loan Officer:
- Ordering, processing, and reviewing mortgage documents for completeness.
- Scanning and uploading mortgage documents into the loan processing system (Sageworks).
- Ordering appraisals, Title Commitments, Environmental Reports, and other required documents.
- Maintaining updated mortgage information on Sageworks throughout the process until origination.
- Communicating regularly with the Loan Officer and borrowers to ensure timely file completion and origination.
- Assist the Commercial Real Estate Lending Manager:
- Updating and managing various MBL reports on a monthly basis.
- Preparing letters to notify borrowers of maturity and expiration of rates.
- Scanning and uploading documents into Sageworks and FastDocs as necessary.
- Uploading originated mortgage documents to FastDocs monthly.
- Updating Sageworks information for all originated mortgages, including:
- Associate Loans
- Adding missing accounts from Keystone and merging duplicates
- Managing Ticklers and Covenants

Selfreliance Federal Credit Union is seeking a Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer who will be responsible for leading and maintaining the credit union's compliance with all applicable BSA/AML laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role serves as the primary point of contact for matters related to BSA/AML compliance, ensuring the credit union effectively identifies, monitors, and mitigates risks associated with money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Prior experience and/or training in BSA/AML compliance, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

We are currently seeking an experienced Manager Assistant to join our Delinquency Department and support the Collections Manager in driving effective collection strategies, minimizing delinquency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. In this vital role, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the collections team, monitor delinquent accounts, and help maintain accurate reporting.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of collection experience in the financial institutions industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of debt collection practices, legal regulations, and member service.
- Excellent writing, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Familiarity with credit reporting and compliance standards.
- English and Ukrainian are a must.

This is a high-impact role for a motivated leader who can drive business development, strengthen community ties, ensure operational excellence, and inspire high-performing teams.
The Regional Manager will oversee the operations of all Minnesota branches, ensuring outstanding member service, compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator in both English and Ukrainian, with a background in financial services leadership, a commitment to professionalism, and the ability to foster growth through strategic planning and community outreach.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Minnesota branch teams to ensure outstanding member service.
