POSITION: Call Center Member Service Representative

LOCATION: Main Office in Chicago, IL

SCHEDULE: Full Time

We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our Members as a Call Center Member Service Representative.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and sales, and previous banking experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Ukrainian are a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continually identify our Member’ needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of Members.
  • Respond to callers regarding all Credit Union products and services over the phone.
  • Handle all account inquiries while providing the highest level of service.
  • Deliver exceptional member service to the Credit Union’s current and prospective members with a friendly and professional approach.

POSITION: Universal Member Service Representative (Personal Banker)

LOCATION: Main Office in Chicago, IL

SCHEDULE: Full Time

We are seeking an individual who is committed to providing exceptional service to our Members as a Universal Member Service Representative. In this role, you will be eligible to participate in our generous Incentive Program.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and sales, and previous banking experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Ukrainian are a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continually identify our Member’ needs and provide advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of Members.
  • Open and service all consumer and business account types.
  • Provide a variety of transaction services to members including teller, wire transfer, consumer loan, credit and debit cards.

POSITION: Residential Mortgage Loan Originator

LOCATION: Michigan Branch Offices

SCHEDULE: Full Time

We are looking for a mortgage professional who has a positive attitude, robust sales experience, and a strong work ethic to attract new residential loan members and solicit mortgage loans for Selfreliance.

This position offers a Guaranteed Base Salary plus Commission.

The ideal candidate will have two years of previous experience in residential loan origination and will be familiar with loan products and secondary market guidelines. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Ukrainian are a must. Qualified candidates must comply with the SAFE Act requirements and maintain a flexible schedule to include after-hours training and customer appointments.

  • Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with borrowers, realtors, and the local community.
  • Contacting consumers to establish new business opportunities.
  • Providing applicants with information on the mortgage approval process, lending policies, procedures, and products.
  • Originating mortgage loans from application to closing and providing the required disclosures to applicants.

POSITION: Residential Mortgage Originator

LOCATION: All Branch Offices

SCHEDULE: Commission Based Salary – Full-Time

We are looking for a mortgage professional who has a positive attitude, robust sales experience, and a strong work ethic to attract new residential loan members and solicit mortgage loans for Selfreliance.

The ideal candidate will have two years of previous experience in residential loan origination and will be familiar with loan products and secondary market guidelines. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and Ukrainian are a must. The ideal candidate will have two years of previous experience in residential or commercial loan origination and will be familiar with loan products. Qualified candidates must comply with the SAFE Act requirements and maintain a flexible schedule to include after-hours training and customer appointments.
