Selfreliance FCU COVID-19 Payment Hardship Request - We're Here to Help

If you are experiencing a financial hardship and unable to make payments on a loan or credit card, please complete and submit this form to be considered for a temporary financial hardship payment deferral.

You may be able to postpone payments for up to 90 days with no late payment penalties or negative reporting to credit bureaus during the postponement period. Maturity of car or mortgage loans will be extended by the number of skipped payments. Interest will accrue during the no payment period.

The information you provide to us will help us determine what relief we may be able to offer to you.

If you provide an email address, we will notify you by email of the outcome of our review and any next steps. If you do not provide an email address you will receive a letter from Selfreliance FCU within 10 business days with the outcome of our review.

Because of the extraordinary events impacting our members and the high volume of inquiries, it may take us up to 5 business days to notify you of the outcome of our review.

Automatic Payments Notice: if you have established automatic payments from another financial institution, it is your responsibility to adjust it after your hardship request is approved.
